GALLERY: Santa visits business in Friendship
FRIENDSHIP, Tenn. – A local business joined in on the Christmas spirit Wednesday night in a heartwarming way.
Ms. Mac’s BBQ & Grill says Santa’s elves dropped off toys with them to be given out. And Santa stayed to visit with the children.
Those who visited the restaurant got a chance to have their picture taken with Santa and receive a gift.
Ms. Mac’s BBQ & Grill Manager Lauren Mealer says this event was important for them.
“Our Christmas parade got rained out and so we really wanted to do something for the kids anyways because they usually get to come see Santa because they didn’t get to this year,” Mealer said.
Mealer says this is the fifth year for this event.
