Holiday celebration returns to Lincoln Courts
JACKSON, Tenn.—Community leaders come together to make Christmas brighter for families.
Lincoln Courts hosted their 3rd annual giveaway.
This event allowed families to spend time together while receiving free gifts.
This event was created for young people to be inspired about where they come from.
Food such as chicken, dressing, corn and green beans were provided to each participant.
Drinks were available as well.
“It’s nothing in the world for you to put your hand down and help nobody. The most simplest thing in life. This gives me joy more than buying a new car,” said Shannon Office, CEO, Lincoln Courts Legends.
“We give back. We feed the homeless with the help of David Brown each year and we give back to the kids,” said James Reid, participant.
A live DJ was also present for families to jam to some tunes.
