Savannah Police seek suspect in Thursday night armed robbery

SAVANNAH, Tenn. — The Savannah Police Department is seeking a suspect in an armed robbery.

According to police, officers responded to 64 Quickstop at 1014 Pickwick Street around 9:13 p.m. Thursday night in reference to a robbery.

Police say the store attendants were forced to the ground at gunpoint by a man wearing dark clothing, a mask and latex gloves.

According to police, the suspect opened the cash register, grabbed the money inside, and then left the scene in a dark colored Toyota sedan headed south on Pickwick Street.
