Man arrested in connection to shooting death at bar
UPDATE (1/8/2024): Martin Police arrest 2nd suspect in Cadillac’s Bar shooting
EARLIER STORY:
MARTIN, Tenn. — The Martin Police Department announced Friday the arrest of a man who allegedly shot and killed another person at a bar on New Year’s Eve.

Police say Quardarious R. Davis, 22, of Union City, was arrested for the December 31 shooting at Cadillac’s Bar, where one person was left dead.
Davis is facing charges of first-degree murder, reckless endangerment (serious use of a deadly weapon), and unlawful carrying or possession of a weapon, police say.
The Martin Police Department reports that he is being held in the Dyer County Jail and will be transferred back to Weakley County.
The department adds that the investigation is on-going and that more arrests may come.

“Martin Police Department Investigators have made an arrest in the December 31 st shooting at Cadillac’s Bar which left one individual dead. Arrested was 22 year old Quardarious R. Davis of Union City. Davis is being held in the Dyer County jail awaiting transfer back to Weakley County. Davis has been charged with 1 st Degree Murder, multiple counts of Reckless Endangerment (Serious Injury or Use of a Deadly Weapon), and Unlawful Carrying or Possession of a Weapon.
