Backpack giveaway in Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn.— Supply giveaway to be held in the Hub City.

On Saturday, Jan. 6, backpacks filled with needed supplies will be given away. This event will take place at the Boys and Girls Club located at 832 Lexington Ave in Jackson.

Each backpack is packed not only with supplies but with an inspirational message to motivate students to finish the school year strong.

The giveaway starts at 12 pm and last until 3pm or until supplies run out.
