Funeral Service for Carl Stanley Roper, age 71, will be Friday, January 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM at McLemoresville Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America in McLemoresville, TN. Burial will follow in Reedy Creek Cemetery in McLemoresville, TN.

Mr. Roper died Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Carroll County.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Mercer Brothers Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Mr. Roper will lie-in-state Friday, January 12, 2024 at  McLemoresville Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America in McLemoresville, TN from 10:00 AM until time of service.
