Lexington woman killed in wreck on Highway 412

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — A Wednesday evening wreck claimed the life of a Lexington woman.
38-year-old Kenya Hicks was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 412.
According to a preliminary report by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the wreck occurred near Country Chase Drive in Madison County around 7:35 p.m.
The report shows that a Toyota Highlander, occupied by two people, and a Chevrolet Malibu, operated by Hicks, were traveling on Highway 412 when they collided in the roadway at Country Chase Drive.
THP confirms Hicks was killed and the occupants of the other vehicle both received non-fatal injuries.
No charges have been filed in relation to the incident.
