JPD announces funeral procession for Sgt. Warren Olden

Jackson, TN – The City of Jackson Police Department has announced the funeral procession for Sergeant Warren Olden. The procession, known as the “Sea of Blue,” will occur immediately following the funeral service on January 18, 2024. The route for the procession will be as follows:
The procession will depart from the Carl Perkins Civic Center at 400 S. Highland Ave in Jackson, TN, and then travel over the East Chester Bridge. The procession will continue to head north on Hwy. 70 and turn onto Flex Drive until it reaches Parkway Memorial Gardens located at 2841 Paul Coffman Dr. Additional parking is available at Hillcrest Baptist Church, located at 2838 Paul Coffman Dr.
Due to the possibility of bad weather, the “Sea of Blue” honoring Sgt. Olden may be canceled. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as necessary. Please stay tuned to the Jackson Police Department’s social media platforms for updates.
