POLL: Should the City of Jackson invest more into snow and ice removal equipment?
With last week’s winter weather leaving some motorists homebound in the City of Jackson, some concerns were raised about the city’s usage of snow plows. Mayor Scott Conger spoke out on social media last week, reminding that the city has a total of five plow trucks, and stating in part: “It doesn’t make financial sense to purchase extra equipment that will not be used 359 days of the year.”
