Patsy Ann Duncan Kelly

Patsy Ann Duncan Kelly, age 67, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN with Bro. Jeff Kelly officiating.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.

Patsy was born on May 1, 1956, in Dancyville, TN to James Clyde Duncan and Pearlie Mae Campbell Duncan, both of whom preceded her in death. She was a resident of Brownsville, TN.  She worked for ATT as a cell phone salesman.  She was known as the “Phone Lady” and was the first person to sell cell phones in Brownsville.  She loved crafts and enjoyed making them through the years.  She enjoyed fishing in the Hatchie River. An important part of her life was her family.  She dearly loved her grandchildren and cherished the times they had together.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death, by four brothers, Rodney Duncan, Larry Duncan, Mark Allen Duncan, and Eugene Duncan.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Sammy Kelly; two sons Jason Kelly and Nick (Hollie) Kelly, all of Brownsville, TN.  She leaves a legacy of love for her seven grandchildren, Zoie Kelly, Landon Kelly, Tucker Kelly, Logan Kelly, Wylie Kelly, Lawson Kelly and Lakeland Kelly.
