Marshals say that 19-year-old Jeremiah Davis, of Humboldt, was captured in Mayfield, Kentucky on Monday, February 5.

They report that though he fled out the back window of a home on Foster Street, he was quickly captured by a K-9 unit.

He was wanted for first-degree murder following a January 16th attempted robbery in the area of Hike and Palmer Street that left one of two victims shot and killed.

He is in the Graves County Jail and is awaiting extradition back to Tennessee.

The Dyersburg Police Department reported previously the capture of Shaun Anthony Dial, 18, on Friday, January 26.
