2024 Go Red for Your Heart and Soul Luncheon held
JACKSON, Tenn.—One local group wears red to raise awareness to heart health.
The Jackson Chapter of the Top Ladies of Distinction held its Lady Annie Ruth Rogers Go Red for Your Heart and Soul Luncheon today.
The event took place at New Saint Luke Activity Center in Jackson.
Attendants were adorned in red and had the opportunity to hear from special guest speakers that included a physician specializing in heart health as well as survivors of heart related conditions.
A heart healthy meal was provided to guests and they also enjoyed music from Lane College’s jazz quartet.
“We just so happy to see the crowd that’s coming out in the rain. They didn’t let that stop them because they know that this is a worthwhile event that we have every year,” said Pamela Springfield, President, Jackson Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction.
The organization has hosted the events since 2009.
