Search for missing man James Wray ongoing nearly two weeks
PERRY COUNTY, Tenn. — The search continues for a missing man last seen earlier this month.
Almost two weeks have passed since James Wray was last seen near Fat Man’s Keystop, near the Tennessee River at the Decatur/Perry County line.
Nashville’s NewsChannel5 reported that the day he disappeared — February 6 — his car was located abandoned on the Alvin C. York bridge over the Tennessee River.
Wray’s wife told media outlets that he had dropped her and their children off earlier that day.
Search efforts in Perry County and surrounding areas have been ongoing since his disappearance.
Wray was last seen wearing a dark gray pullover, blue jeans, and black shoes. Wray is approximately 5’7″, weighing around 165 pounds, and has flame tattoos on his forearms.
Wray’s sister, Liz Harris, stated in an interview with WOPC that his disappearance is out of character.
