Investigation ongoing into bomb threats at North Side High School

JACKSON, Tenn. — One local high school receives another bomb threat during their spring semester of school.
On February 14th, North Side High School reported a bomb threat.
Tuesday morning, the school went on lockdown again due to another bomb threat.
Jackson first responders, including K-9 units, Jackson bomb unit, and Madison County Sheriff’s Office all arrived to the scene.
No injuries were reported.
Both the Jackson-Madison County School System and Sheriff’s Office has shared that this threat is still under investigation.
As of now they are unsure if both situations are connected.

JACKSON, Tenn. — North Side High School in Jackson has received a bomb threat Tuesday, officials confirm.
North Side’s Executive Principal, Dr. Bryan Chandler, shared the following information with parents and staff:
We have received another bomb threat. All students and staff are safe and we are investigating the situation. As always, we take these types of situations very seriously. In conjunction with our law enforcement partners we are checking the building and assessing the situation. To do this we are currently on lockdown. Again we are all safe. Stay tuned for additional information.
This threat comes less than a week after a bomb threat was received at the school on February 14.
We currently have a crew on scene and we will provide an update on-air and online once new information becomes available.
