According to the Fugitive Apprehension Street Team (F.A.S.T.) — comprised of a team of local bail enforcement agents — 32-year-old Fierre Harrison was arrested Sunday evening after a “brief standoff” at a motel in Jackson.
Video shared by the street team shows the incident apparently occurred at the Rodeway Inn.
Harrison was wanted by F.A.S.T. and the Madison County Sheriff’s Office for a failure to appear charge.
F.A.S.T. says Harrison was captured by their agents after refusing to exit his motel room, which led agents to force entry, and the team confirms Harrison was then arrested without incident or any injuries.
According to F.A.S.T., agents found a firearm and drug paraphernalia inside the room.
Harrison was booked into the Madison County Jail pending further court action. Records available online indicate he currently remains in custody.
