Filmmakers to hold movie premiere screening in Jackson
JACKSON, Tenn. — A group of locally-known filmmakers are preparing to premiere their latest project this weekend.
“FROG-MAN V” is described as a “coming-of-age comedy that delves into the beauty of overcoming fear,” exploring fears that are unique to adolescents.
The entertaining and inspirational film features quirky humor, 90s nostalgia, and nods to kitsch horror.
The film showcases the talents of collaborators including screenwriter Austin Camp, director Rachel Camp, and director of photography Scott Lancaster.
The premiere screening of “FROG-MAN V” will be held Saturday, March 2, from 6-8 p.m. It will take place at Catbird Studio, located at 2100 Pleasant Plains Extension Suite G in Jackson.
The screening will also feature refreshments and a panel with the cast and crew. Tickets can be purchased at the event or online.
