Chester County School hosts successful career day

CHESTER COUNTY, Tenn. — Chester County Alternative School hosted a career day today featuring 21 vendors, along with 4 branches of military.

The event was located in the school’s gym and was a great opportunity for students to learn about options for their future. Multiple vendors shared the path they took to reach their career. The local vendors and merchants also benefited by meeting potential future employees.

“The general reason behind it all, it is success for the students, once they get educated, to know how to make their journey,” said Ted Harbole, who helped orchestrate the event.

The career day was successful and the hope is that it will grow into a larger annual event.
