Savannah Davis,Micah Hart and Haylen Ayers all win Miss Basketball awards
Earlier tonight the top girls and boys basketball players in six classifications of the Tennessee
secondary school athletic associations were honored by being named the winners of
the 2024 Mr. And Miss basketball awards. and west TN brought home some gold.
As McKenzie Savannah Davis takes home the class 1A miss basketball award.
One of her standout performances was hitting 17 3 pointers in a game.
USJ freshman Haylen Ayers won division 2 a miss basketball after winning a state championship and 3 overtimes
where she scored 30 points.and lastly all time leading scorer in Gibson county history Micah Hart won
class 2a miss basketball. She is fresh off winning all tournament MVP and a state championship.
Also we recognize our boys finalist in Ayden Shaw from Jackson Christian school
and Malaki brooks from union city. Congrats to you all.
