Redemption Road to hold event to help those in need

JACKSON, Tenn. — The nonprofit equine rescue, Redemption Road, will soon be hosting their annual yard sale.

The event will start on April 26th, lasting till the 28th with donations accepted until the 28th.

Anything leftover from the yard sale will be donated to another nonprofit.

Money raised by the event goes towards Redemption Road’s mission to help horses and horse owners in need.

“Our work has just evolved over the years, you know. We, we say we’re a horse rescue but we take in a lot of different animals and we’ve said since the get go, we’re just as much about the people as we are the horses. Um, you know, the people are important to us, we want to help people to be able to keep their animals,” said said Director for Redemption Road Rescue, Lori Collins.

If you have items to donate, you can drop them off on Saturdays between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at 130 Cooper Anderson Road in Jackson.

Or call 731-616-1440 to schedule a different time.
