United Way to host annual First Ladies’ Luncheon next month
JACKSON, Tenn. — United Way of West Tennessee is hosting the 11th annual First Ladies’ Luncheon at the Jackson Fairgrounds next month.
The event is on April 18th from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m.
The First Ladies’ Luncheon is a unique event where companies and organizations across West Tennessee gather to celebrate the impact of local women within the community.
This year will feature a diverse set of tablescapes and guest speaker, Valerie June.
This is also the first year an evening preview will be held at the same location on April 17th from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
“We are celebrating the women of Jackson as we always do. We have a lot going on in Jackson Tennessee. That is the exciting thing of this community,” said Anita Kay Archer, Chairwoman for United Way.
This is the largest fundraising event the organization hosts to unite and improve access to health, education, and financial stability for people across 15 counties in West Tennessee.
