Randall “Randy” Clyde Foster
Randall “Randy” Foster
May 30, 1954 – March 11, 2024
Randall “Randy” Clyde Foster, age 69, resident of Piperton, Tennessee and husband to Vickie Kay Foster, went to Heaven on Monday morning, March 11, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
Randy retired from ABF Trucking and still worked part-time for Wolf River Express in Piperton. He was an active member of Piperton Baptist Church and loved his church family, his family and all of his friends. In return, Randy was loved by many.
Randy was an avid outdoorsman who loved boating and being on the water, working in his yard and gardening. He enjoyed cooking and had a gift at doing home improvements for his family and others. His time spent with his wife, Vickie Kay, and their two four-legged babies, Vida May Foster and Minnie May Foster, were times full of love and joy.
Randy was “simple”. He was just Randy who loved the meaningful things in life. Randy and Vickie Kay shared 25 years together in love and was a man who loved his wife as Christ loved the “church” – loving, protecting and taking care of her. He enjoyed being “Grandy” to Gatlin and sharing lots of fun and making memories. He was looking forward to the twins, Riley and Aubrey, coming and joining the fun.
Randy is survived by his wife, Vickie Kay Foster; two daughters, Elaina Foster Bernard (Eric Bernard) and Heather Bell; his son, Josh Bell (Veronica Bell); three grandchildren, Gatlin James Bell, Aubrey Wren Bell and Riley Paige Bell; his sister, Vickie Jo Odom Harmon (John Harmon); and his niece, Cortney Cozart.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Aileen Foster and his brother-in-law, Wayne Odom.
Memorial Services for Randy will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Piperton Baptist Church with Pastor Wint Fox officiating. The address is 205 East Old State Line Road, Piperton, TN 38017.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to any offering gift made to Piperton Baptist Church.
Arrangements will be provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center and condolences may be left on our online guestbook at www.PeeblesFuneralHome.com.
