Madison County Commissioners convene for March meeting

JACKSON, Tenn. — The March meeting of the Madison County Board of Commissioners was held today.

It took place at 8:30 a.m., on March 14th, at the West Tennessee Research and Education.

The meeting involved a report by the county mayor, and various other reports including one from Beth Ann Simpson, the director of Jackson Downtown Development.

Topics included a walkability campaign, the Lavender Trail and Food Truck Fridays.

Also, The Lady Bruins were recognized for winning the school’s first state basketball championship.
