UT Martin mens basketball coach Ryan Ridder resigns
Big news coming out of UT martin men’s
basketball and a bit of a surprise as head coach
Ryan Ridder has resigned. Now this comes after
the skyhawks won the regular season title These
are some of his accomplishments . A school record
21 regular season wins, 14 ovc victories in 2023-2024,second
biggest turnaround in school history, 48 wins and the
first ovc championship for the skyhawks in 15 years.
coach Ridder intends to accept the head coaching position
at Mercer university. As far as Martin goes athletic director
Kurt Mcguffin had this to say. Quote
“We intend to move swiftly to find our next head coach…
“we will work diligently to find the right fit for the UT Martin men’s basketball program.”
