The 16th annual Blooming Arts Festival is coming up this weekend in Downtown Linden.
The event that started with 50 or so vendors has blossomed into a celebration that is now 250 vendors strong.
There’s a kid zone with rides and games for children to play, while parents can browse.
The focus of the event is on arts and crafts, like woodworking and pottery.

“We also have some live demonstrations. You could see something like a quilt show and, of course, live music because art’s also in a music form as well and so they’ll actually be able to meet the artists, learn about their process and maybe even purchase something if they like it,” said Will Nunley, Spokesperson for the Blooming Arts Fest.
The Blooming Arts Festival is this Friday, March 22nd from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Following day, Saturday, March 23rd from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The event is free for the whole family including free parking and events.
