Jackson Christian Football Standout Trent Carrier Signs with Washington University
JACKSON, Tenn. (March 19, 2024) – Jackson Christian School, a private, Christian-based college preparatory school located in Jackson, Tenn., is pleased to announce senior student-athlete Trent Carrier signed to play collegiate football at Washington University on Wednesday, March 6. Green plans to graduate from Jackson Christian in the spring of 2024 and begin his collegiate career at Washington University in the fall of 2024.
In Carrier’s career as a wide receiver and defensive back at Jackson Christian, he amassed 111 career tackles, 4 interceptions, including one touchdown run for 75 yards, and was part of 37 wins over his four-year tenure. Carrier was part of four quarterfinal appearances and 1 state semifinal appearance. Carrier was selected as a 2023 Division II-A all region wide receiver and defensive back. He also was selected to play in the West Tenn. all-star game. Perhaps most notably, Carrier was chosen by the National Football Foundation Memphis Chapter as Scholar Athlete of the year.
