Madison County FCE rings in Spring with a special market

JACKSON, Tenn.—One organization celebrates Spring with a special market.

The Family & Community Education Clubs of Madison County hosted its first-ever Spring Market today.

The market was held from 9 this morning until 2 this afternoon at the Ag Complex Auditorium located on North Parkway in Jackson.

The market offered a variety of unique items for sale including homemade baked goods, décor, handmade crafts, floral arrangements, totes, baby items, along with various Easter and Christmas items. Some merchandise was even available for pre-order.

The five FCE clubs in Madison County are dedicated to improving the lives of its community members by strengthening adult education and promoting projects that better the overall community.

Members of the FCE clubs must log volunteer hours yearly and each club directs its charitable activities to various community agencies or programs.

The FCE also hosts a Christmas Cottage event in the fall.
