A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul C.M.E. Church. His remains will lie in state on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of Service. Interment is at Parkway Memorial Gardens.
