Plenty Of Sunshine, But Cool
Weather Update: Monday, April 22 —
West Tennessee remain in the grips of an anomalously strong polar continental high pressure. This morning started off with areas of frost and/or fog along with temps falling into the low 30s. That by the way is a solid 18°F below the average low temp this morning! The good news is the April sun angle will help out a bit today, though the atmosphere isn’t quite helping matters just yet. Temps will climb into the upper 60s at the warmest point of the day, still 5-7° below the average high temperature. Otherwise we expect a fairly quiet and somewhat pleasant afternoon, albeit a little cool at times.
