DA’s Fugitive Friday: Rayshawn Marcell wanted in Gibson County

DA’s Fugitive Friday for Friday, May 3, 2024

Rayshawn Marcell (23) has a failure to appear that was issued on April 10, 2024, in Gibson County Circuit at Humboldt. He is 6’2’ and 160 pounds. Mr. Marcell is out on approximately 4 bonds and was bonded out by Action Bail Bonding. He is alleged to have Violated an of Order of Protection and alleged to have committed an Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Assault, Criminal Trespass. He has been entered into the National Crime Information Center database and we have requested the assistance of the US Marshall’s.

If you know of Mr. Marcell’s whereabouts, please encourage him to safely surrender himself to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department.
