Family, community gather to remember Noah Chamberlin 8 years after loss

JACKSON, Tenn. — It’s been eight years since Noah Chamberlin got lost in the woods of Pinson.

Sunday, the community came together to hear from the family.

Jacob and Destiny Chamberlin held “Lost in the Darkness: Brought Home Safe” at the West Bemis Middle School Gym.

Family and community members gathered to show their support of the family of Noah.

The mission of this gathering was for the family to remember and show appreciation to the community who helped them in the midst of darkness and tragedy.

Jacob Chamberlain gave a moving speech while showing pictures of himself from a child to an adult on a slide show.

Destiny Chamberlain thanked everyone for holding up she and her family through the tough time.

“We were so blessed,” Destiny said. “I have boxes of letters that I still have that I was blown away by.”

Music was provided by William and Jill Donald of Fellowship Bible Church.
