UPDATE: Man released from medical facility found safe
UPDATE: Family has confirmed with us that Holt has been found safe.
JACKSON, Tenn. — A search is on for a Jackson-area man who has gone missing in Memphis.
The Memphis Police Department Missing Persons Facebook page shared information on 35-year-old Joshua Holt, who has been missing since April 20, 2024.
According to family, Holt is from the Jackson area and was recently released from a medical facility in Memphis, and has a mental disorder that may impair his ability to return home safely.
Holt is described as a white male, 6’01” tall, weighing around 214 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Holt was last seen in the area of Poplar Avenue and Danny Thomas Boulevard in Memphis.
