Armed robbery under investigation by Jackson Police

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police are investigating an armed robbery at a business in the Hub City.

The Jackson Police Department says police responded to the CVS at 1405 North Highland Avenue around 3:30 a.m. Monday morning.

Police say according to reports, a suspect with a handgun robbed the store of an undetermined amount of money, and was last seen running north on Campbell Street.

The department confirms no injuries were reported in the incident.

At this time, the suspect remains at large and an investigation remains ongoing.
