Morning fire destroys Madison County home
MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — A fire destroys a Madison County home.
Tuesday morning, we were alerted to a house fire near the 700 block of Spring Creek Law Road in northeast Madison County.
Our crew was on scene around 10:30 a.m. to find the house fully engulfed as thick clouds of smoke rose to the sky.
The Madison County Fire Department worked to contain the blaze as officials with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office directed traffic.
According to officials on scene, the owners were gone at the time of the fire and no one was inside the house.
The fire resulted in a total loss and the exact cause is unknown at this time.
