On Wednesday, May 15, he made a court appearance.
A witness from the hit and run scene, along with a Jackson police officer and investigator were on the stand to testify what they witnessed.
“Did the person that was standing next to the white car, who you identified as Mr. Morrow, the defendant– did he stay on scene the entire time,” said the prosecutor.
