New gated community holds grand opening in the Hub City

JACKSON, Tenn. — Today, May 17th, was the grand opening for a new gated community.

The Jackson Chamber Red Coats were present for the ribbon cutting for The Summit Gated Community located at 4200 N. Highland.

The Summit is a luxury living community with amenities, maintenance and upkeep included.

The homes are available for lease and the kitchens come with high end appliances.

There are around 50 homes that are currently leased and around 40 are under construction.

“Our slogan is ‘live your life’ and so we want you to be able to come home and live and enjoy your life and not have to worry about cutting grass or spraying grass or worrying about your insurance or worrying about maintenance or any kind of upkeep on your home,” said Andy Atwood, Owner of The Summit.

Atwood shares that a lot of retired individuals and young professionals live at summit.
