UPDATE: IN CUSTODY: DA’s Fugitive Friday: Mart Griggs

UPDATE (6/7/24): District Attorney Frederick Agee confirms Griggs has been taken into custody.

District Attorney’s Fugitive Friday May 24, 2024

Mart Anthony Griggs (39) has an active capias for failure to appear in Gibson County Circuit Court on Monday, May 13.

Mr. Griggs is wanted for alleged felony meth possession to manufacture, deliver, sell or possess with intent, driving while in possession of meth, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving a motor vehicle without a functioning ignition interlock device.

According to court records he was released on one’s recognizance.

If you know of Mr. Grigg’s whereabouts, please encourage him to safely surrender himself to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department.
