Shoppers enjoy the final day at HWY 70 Yard Sale
MADISON CO., Tenn.—If you went looking for some ‘new to you’ pickups, we hope you found something from the annual Highway 7o Yard Sale.
The Highway 70 Yard Sale ends today and lasted for three days stretching from Memphis to Nashville.
This event is considered a favorite among many West Tennessee thrifters for more than 20 years.
It’s certainly not unusual to see cars stopped on the side of the road this time of the year.
“We usually start at 6 am getting stuff out, and then we usually shut down by 5:30 pm. So, it’s a whole day of work. Uh, but we enjoy I. Uh, we have food for people and then. Um, obviously just meeting people from all over the place,” said Ryne Potts, Hockey coach at Bethel University.
We hope you were able to find that pleasant surprise while you were out today, as this is always a time that attracts many across the region.
