Celebration in Jackson to honor Super Bowl champ Trey Smith

JACKSON, Tenn. — A couple of weekend events in the Hub City will spotlight our very own Super Bowl champion.

On Friday, June 21, a public celebration will honor Trey Smith’s Super Bowl LVIII victory. The event will take place from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Kirkland Field at Carlock Stadium on the University School of Jackson campus. Gates will open at 5 p.m.

Following on Saturday, Smith will host his first football camp at USJ.

Providing young athletes with the chance to learn from one of the best in the game, the camp will run from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The community is invited to join and share their pride and excitement for Smith’s win.
