AT&T’s Internet Air device now available in the Hub City

JACKSON, Tenn. — AT&T has a new mobile product for the community to enjoy the internet.

AT&T Internet Air will work wirelessly through 5G, LTE, and C-Band networks.

This was recently rolled out to the city of Jackson. It can be available based on select addresses and the quality of your signal connection.

This is an all-in-one modem. There is no contract needed to try out this new product.

The cost would be $60 a month, but if you’re an AT&T cell phone customer, there’s a bundle that will allow you to have a $20 discount.

“This device we’re providing you, it’s actually about this big. It looks like a little cool nest egg that you can put on your shelf and display. It’s gonna come with a single power cord which you’ll plug into the closest outlet. You’ll get it to your closest window or exterior wall and think of it as having essentially four smart phones all working together to grab the best available signal and then produce that as a wi-fi connection for your Xbox, home computer or Netflix account,” said Saul Grimsley, associate director of retail sales for AT&T.

Grimsley says this enhanced experience is connecting people to greater possibilities.
