TCAT at Crump announces expansions to its agricultural program
CRUMP, Tenn. — One local college hosted a groundbreaking ceremony today.
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology at Crump held a ceremony for their new Farming Operations Technology Building and campus expansion.
TCAT Crump shared that its administration, faculty, staff, and students are excited for the future growth and progress this campus expansion will allow.
“There’ll be expansions in the agricultural program. A lot of their industrial maintenance programs will be expanded and then it will allow for some of the programs that are currently inside to be relocated to this area and then further expansion of the programs inside,” said Flora Tydings, Chancellor for the Tennessee Board of Regents.
This event is a result of the governor’s initiative to fund the entire masterplan for the Tennessee Board of Regents.
Everything is planned to be completed by first quarter of 2026.
