Annual Hope Cafe sale raises money for recovery program

JACKSON, Tenn. — If you’re looking for a hearty meal for dinner, the Hope Cafe in the Hub City is kicking off their pork-loin sale.

This annual sale supports the Hope Center to aid the funding of the program that is free to individuals on the path to recovery. It’s something they’ve done for 10 years.

Modern Woodmen of America is going to match the profit of this fundraiser.

Hope Cafe is open Monday through Saturday for lunch and on Fridays they’re open for dinner.

“This– we’ve got a great special going because, you know, if you take four or five people out to eat you’re gone pop down some money. So, this year they get a pork-loin that’s four to five pounds. They get two quarts, a quart of salad, a quart of baked beans and a box of our hope muffins that we’re famous for,” said Marcie Hendrick, executive director.

You can order by calling 731-234-1009 up until the Fourth of July.
