Tuesday night, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation posted on their Facebook page of a Silver Alert on behalf of the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office.

The alert was for 79-year-old Raymond Irwin.

The post stated Irwin was last seen on July 2 near Guy Hart Road in Reagan, wearing a black polo and blue jeans. It also stated that he may have been on an ATV and may need assistance returning if found.

Thankfully, at around 8 a.m. on Wednesday, the TBI updated their post saying Irwin had been found safe in Henderson County.

We went out to Guy Hart Road Wednesday morning, where multiple Henderson County Sheriff’s Office vehicles could be seen driving up and down the road, as well as one ambulance.

It also appeared the Madison County Fire Department assisted in the search, as one of their buses was seen farther down the road.

We also saw some law enforcement officers speaking to people at one of the houses along the road.

The TBI also wanted to thank the public for spreading the word.

We’ve reached out to multiple agencies for more information on Irwin being found, however no further details are confirmed at this time.
