One resident offers local youth a day of Summer fun
JACKSON, Tenn.—The Hub City is takes a splash into summer with a day full of fun.
The host of Community Splash, TJ Robinson, finds a refreshing way to give back with an evening of water slides, vendors, food trucks and music for entertainment.
It’s the first time this has come back to the community in three years.
Bounce houses are set up for the kids to have an exciting way to soak up the summer.
Robinson says since the sun’s setting it makes the perfect weather to enjoy a great time.
“It makes me feel good to give back to the community. To see the smiles on the kids faces, it just you know, makes me happy. I’m giving back to the community, water splash day,” Robinson said.
Robinson hopes to get the word out for many more events like this to come in the future.
