Chester County Commission holds meeting, discusses 2024-25 budget

HENDERSON, Tenn. — Leaders in one community come together to discuss their budget.

The Chester County Commission held a meeting Monday night.

Among some of the items on the agenda were a resolution for fixing the tax rate for the 2024-25 year, and whether to approve the county’s general budget for 2024-25.

Leaders chose not to pass the budget, and will have the budget committee reconvene at a later date.
