Curtains up! ‘Ride the Cyclone’ musical coming to Jackson on Aug. 2

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Hub City Theatre Company is thrilled to announce its upcoming production of the critically acclaimed musical “Ride the Cyclone”.

 

Set to open on Friday, August 2, in the basement of the historic Carnegie Legends of Tennessee Music Museum in downtown Jackson, this captivating and darkly humorous show is poised to deliver a unique theatrical experience to audiences.

The production will feature an ensemble cast of seven local actors, each bringing their own unique flair to the dynamic characters of the show.

“looking back I know I was very stressed at the time but just seeing it all come together finally, like, you find the last piece of the puzzle it’s finally in there. It’s just amazing just to see it,” said Peyton Mehr, director of marketing for Hub City Theatre Company.

“It’s been so awesome everyone is just so welcoming and they’re really talented actors and they’ve made my job so easy cause they’re easy to play off of. So they’ve just made it such a wonderful experience,” said Ashley Leak, Actress playing ‘Jane Doe.’
