Cooler & Less Humid Weather Through the Weekend!
WBBJ 7 Forecast Update
WBBJ 7 Forecast Update:

Well the front that moved through earlier today dropped temperatures about 5° but it also took a decent slice off the humidity number as well. The front didn’t bring much for rain and that isn’t good as chances for rain are in the slim to none category for several days leading into next week. We could see highs back into the mid 90s though sooner than later. Catch the full forecast right here.

TONIGHT:
A few clouds developed during the morning on Friday as a cold front passed through. The front did not bring much for rain as only a few communities saw it. Highs still reached the low 90s but everyone was cooler on Friday than back on Thursday. Friday night lows will fall down to the low 70s. Temperatures will be a little cooler over the weekend and the drier air will also be hanging around. The winds changed from the southwest to the west and eventually to the northwest tonight. Rain chances are 0% for tonight in West Tennessee.

THE WEEKEND:
There could be a few lingering showers into the day on Saturday but we are not expecting much. Any showers that linger on Saturday will not be sticking around for our Sunday. There will be a few more clouds on Saturday, especially early in the day before a mostly sunny Sunday returns. The winds are forecast to come out of the north this weekend behind the front and that will keep the humidity down some as well. We will not be seeing any heat advisories this weekend in West Tennessee. Highs will still reach the low 90s and morning lows will be in the low 70s this weekend. Chances for rain on Saturday are 20% and 10% on Sunday.

NEXT WEEK:
The lower humidity will stick around for most of next week due to the winds that are forecast to have a northerly component to them. Highs will still reach the low to mid 90s each day next week but it will not feel much warmer than that due to the lower humidity. Morning lows will drop to the low 70s each morning. Rain is NOT in the forecast as of now through Thursday next week. Some shower chances look possible next Friday into the following weekend but it is not looking like anything significant. There will be a weak front coming by late Wednesday or early Thursday but it looks weak and will be a dry front too.
