Baby and Kids Fest set to return to Jackson Fairgrounds on Aug. 24
JACKSON, Tenn. — One popular event returns to help new parents and parents of young children.
On Saturday August 24, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., the Baby and Kids Fest will return to the Jackson Fairgrounds.
This festival is free for all ages and even parents who are expecting.
Vendors will be providing education and health information as well as clothing vendors.
There will be a lot of activities for children to enjoy.
Many of this year’s sponsors have shared their excitement for the theme being “Once Upon a Story.”
“Lots of giveaways, fun things for kids and families to enjoy; inflatables petting zoos. Car seat checks. If you’re not sure if your car seat is in properly there will be people who are trained in that that will be able to do that. So just things that are in all areas and all ages,” said Ellen Neely, events coordinator Therapy and Learning Center.
Currently there are limited vendor booths available for those who want to sign up and work at this festival.
