Hardin County High School Football Preview
Hardin County High School Football Preview
Let’s start things off with high school football previews.
We head to Savannah TN as the Hardin county tigers prep for another season.
Last year the tigers was dominant in the region going 5-0 and in 4 wins they put up forty or more
points. Their season came to an end in the playoffs losing to Marshall county with a final of 45 to 23.
They won 12 games on the year but like a lot of other high school football teams their offseason was about
To become very intriguing. That’s because their head coach, Matthew Smith who led them to the playoffs the last three
Seasons resigned and took on the athletic director position full time. Soon afterwards assistant coach
Alex Seaton was promoted to head coach of the tigers. We spoke with coach seaton earlier today and he talked about
The excitement of being a head coach and what style of football they will be playing this season.
“Alot of excitement obviously with change as a head coach with me taking over now we’ve had a good camp up to this point. The guys have worked really hard through out the whole offseason and the summer and lead into camp week last week and everybody really excited to get started. Offensive line is pretty much is are core that were bringing back the most at experience wise and running back but the young guys that we have have stepped up well were gone look very similar
To what we’ve done in years past we haven’t changed a whole lot but obviously were going to adapt to what are kids are good at”
They kick the season off hosting Memphis Business
Academy on Friday August 23rd at 7:00 pm.
