The rain showers will stay away again this weekend and in general, we are looking at mostly sunny skies. Overnight lows will also be nice this weekend and some of us could fall all the way down to the upper 50s but most will drop to the low 60s. It will be border line early fall-like, and it sure will be nice. Make some weekend plans and enjoy the great weather!

Like always this time of year, some basement forecasters jump on the next storm and suggest things that are NOT likely to happen simply to gain clicks and followers online. Here are some things to consider about the next storm.
Will it become a hurricane? Most likely.
May be an image of tornado, map and text
Will it impact the USA? Possibly, but not the most likely scenario as of now.
Will it move into the Gulf of Mexico? Highly unlikely as of now from current forecast data.

Could the forecast change? Yes, forecast models over a week out are not super reliable, but given the data and setup that I am currently seeing, I do not think this become a major problem for the gulf coast or Florida as of now.
We will continue to watch it, but if you have travel plans for the following weekend in those areas I mentioned, I sure would NOT be cancelling my plans right now.
