Golf tournament to boost childhood literacy, education initiatives across Madison County
JACKSON, Tenn. — The Rotary Club of Jackson-Old Hickory is preparing to host its “Read the Greens: Golf Tournament for Literacy.”

The event is set for Thursday, September 5, at Woodland Hills Golf & Country Club.

The annual tournament is a cornerstone of the club’s fundraising efforts, providing crucial support to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and other vital education initiatives in Madison County.
The Rotary Club of Jackson-Old Hickory encourages everyone, whether you’re a golfer, a sponsor, or a community member, to get involved.
Participants will be directly contributing to the betterment of the community, ensuring that every child has the resources they need to thrive.
The goal is to raise at least $4,000 annually through this event.
“It also kicks off an entire month that is focused on education literacy across Jackson-Madison County,” said Clint Beilke, president of Rotary Club of Jackson-Old Hickory.
